Behavioral Health Services

Provided through a partnership between Mental Health Partners and Clinica Family Health

Clinica Family Health is partnering with Mental Health Partners of Colorado (MHP) to offer a full scope of behavioral health services to our patients. Services will be available at our Nederland location on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8AM – 12PM and 1PM – 5PM. Services being offered include:

–  Brief solution-focused interventions

–  Stress management and relaxation techniques

–  Help during a crisis

–  Counseling for patients with complex diseases

–  Telehealth care
