Why I Want To Work At Clinica I wanted to work for a place that embodies a holistic approach to care for patients who may have limited access to it. I believe that a person is made up of so much more than just their physical health and Clinica meets each of their needs with care and respect for the whole person. Philosophy Of Care I believe that care should be individualized for each person's unique place in life. It is essential to meet patients where they are at, and guide them to improve their mental and physical health regardless of their socioeconomic status. In order to do this, patients and providers should work together as part of a cohesive team.

Philosophy of Care: To listen and counsel with empathy and integrity, to understand the whole person, to encourage embracing the mind-body connection, to care for the whole family, to advise on evidence-based recommendations but remain sensitive to individual preferences and circumstances

Why I Choose to Work at Clinica:I have always wanted to provide care for those who may not have easy access to care otherwise; it feels right to me to give back to society when I know I have been given so much. I also have wanted to use my Spanish language skills on a regular basis, and I enjoy working with my Hispanic patient population. The Pods

Our clinics are built on the pod model. It’s a concept Clinica developed and has shared with dozens of health care organizations across the country. Patients go to the same pod and see the same health care team at each visit. This helps the clinics feel smaller and more personal. Seeing the same provider and team at each visit allows the patient and provider to build a trusting relationship, which leads to better health outcomes.
