If You Are Currently Enrolled At Clinica
If you are currently enrolled as a Clinica patient, you can now make or cancel your own appointments. It’s easy! All you need is a Clinica medical care provider and a phone number listed in our system so we can send you a confirmation code. You can make an appointment for:

All telehealth appointments

Most in-person visits with your care team such as well visits, immunizations (including flu and childhood vaccines), routine prenatal care, sick visits (cough, stomach aches, ear aches, etc.) or routine care (diabetes or blood pressure management)

Appointments for children or other dependents (please enter the information of the person for whom you are making the appointment)
You CANNOT make your own appointment for a procedure, an INS visit, to see a specialist (OB/Gyn or behavioral health therapist) or to see a dentist in person.
You can self-schedule an appointment at any of our clinics up to one hour before an in-person visit and up to 20 minutes before a telehealth visit. If you have any difficulties, please call us at 303-650-4460 and we will call you back with 48 hours.
