• This is a Drive-Thru event. No Appointment is required, but can be made by following the instructions below.
• Current Clinica patients can click here to book their appointment online.
• Non-Clinica community members can call (303) 650-4460 (option 1) to schedule their appointment by phone.
• You must be 12 years old, or older, to receive this vaccine. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Please wear a short sleeved shirt.
• Be prepared to wait 15 minutes after you receive your vaccine to make sure you do not have an adverse reaction.
• This is a 2 dose vaccine. You will be given your follow up appointment once you receive your first dose.
