Free Back to School COVID-19 Vaccine Event – 1st Dose

Saturday, August 21 from 9am – 3pm at LaMont Does Park, 500 E. South Boulder Rd. Lafayette, CO
Bring your children, 12 and up to get their first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine!

• Open to the entire community
• No ID required.
• No insurance required.
• Please make sure your child is accompanied by an adult
• Have your child wear a short sleeved shirt to make the shot easier to administer
• This is a two dose shot, you will have to bring your child back on September 11th for their second dose in order for them to be fully vaccinated.
