It’s Open Enrollment Time!
It’s time to purchase or renew your health insurance through Connect for Health Colorado. Open enrollment runs from Nov. 1, 2024, to Jan. 15, 2025. Who We Are
Clinica Family Health & Wellness is a community health center, a medical safety net for those who otherwise might fall through the cracks of the American health care system. For almost 50 years, Clinica has existed to provide health care to the individuals and families in our community at a price they can afford. Young or old, people of any race or ethnicity or income level—we are here to provide them with exceptional health care because no one should have to choose between obtaining the health care they need and other necessities such as housing or food.
Our Mission
Clinica exists to be the medical and dental care provider of choice for low-income and other underserved people in south Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin and west Adams counties. Our care shall be culturally appropriate and prevention focused.
Our Vision
Our vision for the future is that every low income and other underserved person in south Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin and west Adams counties will have access to high quality, preventative medical care that is integrated with behavioral health and dental care.
Now Open!
We are pleased to announce the opening of our two new mountain clinics! One located at the High Country Professional Building in Gilpin County and the other in the Hub Ned building in Nederland. Both clinics offer a full scope of primary care services including well visits, prenatal care, immunizations, chronic disease treatment, lab services, minor surgical procedures and acute care.
Clinica Family Health & Wellness has been providing medical, dental and mental health services to people of all ages since 1977. Expanding access to health care to those in need is an important part of our mission. We are honored that local leaders and residents have invited us to join the community and serve as your health care home.
