Philosophy of Care: Shannon enjoys working with individuals of all ages and getting to know her patients on a personal level while working together with them to create a treatment plan that meets their needs. She practices evidence based medicine while treating the whole patient. She believes in addressing stress, nutrition, exercise and sleep to help patients accomplish optimal health as well as the power of prevention and supporting patient in lifestyle changes to prevent chronic disease. She has been practicing prenatal care for over 15 years and enjoys supporting women through their pregnancies. She also loves getting to know children starting from birth and supporting them and their families throughout childhood.

Outside Clinica: I enjoy keeping up with my two sons and husband. Together we enjoy skiing, hiking and biking. I also enjoy gardening, cooking and enjoying a little league game in the sunshine.
