Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian\nThe Pfizer vaccine is a 2 dose vaccine. You will be given your follow up appointment once you receive your first dose.\nPlease wear a short sleeved shirt.\nBe prepared to wait 15 minutes after you receive your vaccine to make sure you do not have an adverse reaction.\n\n
