Sarah Truitt, MD, received her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Virginia. She completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Truitt also completed a fellowship in Family Planning and Contraception in Oregon. She is Spanish-speaking and has participated in international health projects in both El Salvador and Afghanistan.

Born in Englewood, Colorado, Dr. Truitt remained in Colorado until she left to attend college and medical school. She began at Clinica in 2007 because she has “always wanted to work in community health.” Her health care philosophy is “healthcare for all!”

In her spare time, Dr. Truitt enjoys spending time with her dogs, biking running and traveling.
