Susan Jager received her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree in 1996 from the University of Wyoming. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse's Association.
Born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Ms. Jager spent most of her life in Denver. Before joining Clinica in 1998, she was the Director of Farmworker Health Services of Colorado. Ms. Jager believes that "every person is entitled to high quality healthcare and that healthcare is more than just about treating illness, it's about a partnership between a person and their healthcare provider".
Ms. Jager is married, has two children and enjoys hiking, bicycling and traveling.
