Carolyn Chen, MD, received her Medical Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She completed her residency at Swedish Family Medicine in Colorado. She is board-certified in Family Medicine.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Dr. Chen came to Colorado in 2003 for her residency. She began at Clinica in 2006 because of the organization’s “great staff and patients”. Her health care philosophy is to provide “continuing and compassionate care”.

In her free time, Dr. Chen enjoys mountain biking, skiing and music. She also makes a “mean guacamole”!
