Mr. Jones was born in Iowa and spent his childhood in Illinois. In 1985 he moved to Denver and attended high school. He spent more than 10 years in California and in February, 2010 returned to Denver to be closer to his parents and siblings.
Sekou earned his Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Yale University in 2000. He is bilingual and enjoys serving Spanish speaking families.
Sekou believes that healthcare should be a partnership between clinicians and families to support wellbeing in all aspects of their lives.
Mr. Jones loves spending time with his wife and twins. He also enjoys running, and portrait photography.
